How to accept cookies:

Firefox

1. Open your Internet browser.
2. Select "Tools" from the menu bar.
3. Select "Options".
4. Click on the "Privacy" icon.
5. Under the "Cookie" section, ensure that both boxes for accepting cookies are selected.
6. Click "OK".

Internet Explorer

1. Open your Internet browser.
2. Select "Tools" from the menu bar.
3. Select "Internet Options".
4. Select the "Privacy" tab.
5. Ensure that the settings are set to medium–high or lower.
6. Click "OK".
