Nelnet hosts Higher Education/Personal Finance Reporter Roundtable at NASFAA Conference

Top journalists covering issues from college debt to congressional legislation took part in a unique reporter roundtable at this year’s National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) Conference in Washington, D.C. USA Today Personal Finance Reporter Sandra Block and Jeff Selingo with The Chronicle of Higher Education discussed what they are hearing from students and families as well as the challenges on college campuses and in Congress. Mark Kantrowitz with Finaid.org moderated the event. Financial aid officers had the rare opportunity to ask questions to the panel and understand why the journalists report on various stories.
